  • Booth Details – Every standard booth is 10’x10′ and includes a covered, skirted table and 2 chairs. The table dimensions are 8 feet long by 2 feet deep.  Standard booths have an 8′ draped wall at the back and 3′ draped sides.  The drape color for the 2024 expo is blue and white.  NOTE: If you do not need a table and/or chairs, please note as such on your registration.
  • Extra Tables and Chairs: Additional 8′ skirted tables are $20 each and folding chairs are $5 each.  Deadline to order with payment is October 10, 2024.  Payment can be sent at time of registration or we can send an invoice.  Please email [email protected] to order or with questions.
  • Booth Utilities:
    • Electricity – Cost per drop is $35.00 each. Please ordered via the Expo Director at [email protected].
    • WIFI – is available through the Omni Center at no charge.
  • Booth Decorations: Standard 10×10 booths are constructed of pipe (8′ high in the back and 3′ high on sides) banners can be hung on the pipe frame.  Common ways to secure banners are with zip ties, bungee cords or string.  Also know that you are welcome to bring in additional tables, display stands, etc. as long as it all fits within the space you have purchased.  Please know that exhibitors that have items outside their booth space will be asked to reposition items so they are contained in the booth. 
  • Exhibitor Move In and Tear Down:
    • Move-In Saturday, October 26: 11:00AM-5:00PM. 
      • EXPO MOVE-IN – Use the entrances on the South (main public entrance) and North (back of building) sides of of the building. 
      • CAT SHOW MOVE-IN – West entrance.  
      • Vehicles will be allowed up to the doors for unloading only and must be removed ASAP to keep traffic moving.  Thank you!
      • Move-In Sunday: 6:30AM – 8:30AM and Show Hours are 9AM – 5PM: VIP Shopping begins at 9AM with General Admission at 10AM.  You must come through the North Vendor Entry only, on the North/back of the Omni Center.
      • Expo Exhibitor’s booth contents MUST be loaded in by 8am and booths set up by 8:30am on 10/27/24.
      • Tear Down: Move out begins at 5pm.  If you anticipate it will take you longer than 2 hours to move out, please email [email protected]. Early tear down is NOT permitted. If you tear down early, you will not be invited to next year’s show. Please be courteous to customers attending the show later in the day. Vehicles will be allowed up to the doors for loading only and must be removed ASAP to keep traffic moving.  This can be a chaotic time, so please make sure animals are leashed/contained so that all are safe. 
  • Facility Restrictions – Beverages, Food and Balloons:
    • Human Food and Beverage are not allowed to be brought in or sold without the expressed written consent of the Omni Center.  This includes candy bars, suckers or other snack foods. All requests for approval, must be completed and approved prior to October 27, 2024. Please contact the Expo Director at [email protected] with requests.
    • Balloons: No helium balloons are allowed.
  • Exhibitor Parking:
    • Parking Fee: There is no charge for parking.
    • Location: Please park in the gravel parking lot to the north of the Omni Center.
  • Vendor/Exhibitor Entry to the Facility: Vendors and their staff entering via the Exhibitor Entry, located on the Northwest corner of the building by 9:00AM on the day of the expo will enter at no charge.  After 9:00AM, vendors/exhibitors will be given an entrance ticket for $3.00 (66% discount).  There are no physical tickets. The discounted entrance is only available through the Exhibitor Entrance on the northwest side of the Omni Center.  Sorry, no discounts will be given through the public entrance.
  • Companion Animal Entry and Requirements:  A companion animal pass MUST be presented for all vendor animals entering the expo.
    • Print and complete the Companion Animal Pass. One pass is valid for multiple companion animals and must be presented when entering via the Vendor Entry on the northwest side of the building. 
    • Please instruct volunteers/staff arriving throughout the day that companion animals may only be brought in through the Vendor Entrance – on the northwest side of the building.
    • No companion animals will be allowed in the Public Entrance, front halls, where vistors are purchasing tickets.
    • Please use discretion when deciding what animal to bring.  Aggression of any type will not be tolerated.  Animals must be in good health and free of fleas and parasites.  We reserve the right to ask an exhibitor to remove their animal.
    • No ex-pens unless they can fit comfortably within your booth. An ex-pen can be best accommodated with a double booth.
    • No puppies less than 8 weeks (12 weeks strongly encouraged) old.   You may be asked to show proof of age and vaccination history for puppies.  Be prepared to do this.
    • No females in heat.
    • Pet Relief Area is on the north side of the facility. Please use the Vendor Entrance/Exit to take dogs in and out. You must clean up after your dogs.
  • Opportunities to Increase Exposure:
    • Vendor Offer Tables: Tables will be positioned inside the public entrance. All vendors are encouraged to bring advertising to be displayed. Examples are flyers, brochures, coupons, business cards, small samples, etc.  Vendors are responsible for placing the items on the tables at both entrances during set-up.  Provide 1 or 2000, it’s up to you!  Please make sure to stop back at the end of the expo to collect remaining items.  Items left behind will be disposed of.

  • Vendor List Sale Scam: ‘businesses’ have contacted registered exhibitors in past years, asking if they would like to purchase past expo Vendor Lists and try to offer booth supplies.  This is a scam.
